1. Who we are

LoyaltyCheck is operated by BLUE SYSTEM s.r.o. (reg. number 283836356). This website is available at loyaltycheck.eu and provides a free loyalty program self-audit tool and benchmark intelligence service. You can reach us at pavel@loyaltycheck.eu.

2. What data we collect and why

Self-Audit tool

When you complete the loyalty program audit, we collect your name, company name and email address. We use this to send you your audit results and to follow up with relevant insights. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Benchmark Intelligence enquiries

When you use the “Get in touch” form on the Benchmarks page, we collect your name, work email and company name. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given at the point of submission.

Usage data

We collect basic, anonymised analytics (page views, session counts) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data.

3. How we store your data

Personal data submitted through forms is stored securely in a Convex database hosted on EU infrastructure (eu-west-1). We do not store payment card information. Data is retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not share it with any third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. infrastructure providers) strictly to operate this website, under data processing agreements that ensure equivalent protection.

5. Cookies

This website uses only essential technical cookies required to operate the service (e.g. session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent banner is required for essential cookies under GDPR.

6. Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Right to data portability: You can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

7. International transfers

Your data is processed and stored within the EU. We do not transfer personal data to countries outside the EEA without ensuring equivalent safeguards are in place.
